Westminster Confession of Faith


A Reformed confession of faith. Drawn up by the 1646 Westminister Assembly as part of the Westminister Standards to be a confession of the Church of England.

Includes doctrines of the Trinity, Jesus' sacrificial death and resurrection, the statements that the Pope is the Antichrist and Catholic mass is a form of idolatry.

It lists the 39 Old Testament and 27 New Testament books, rejecting the Apocrypha.
